Well, You should go on the tred mill everyday. I’m 11 and I go 2 miles a day. So I guess it depends on what age you are for how much you should go, i think like 10-14 year olds should go 2 miles, 15-17 year olds should go like 3-4 miles, and 18+should go like 5 miles. My dad is 43 and he goes like 8 miles a day.

Sugar is the main cause of tummy fat. Try it out. Just reduce intake of sweets and sugar. Avoid Colas. It helps. Bend down whenever you can . Tummy gets tucked in.

Any exercise will do it if you burn more energy than you consume. There is a fallacy that says if you do sit ups you will lose fat in the stomach, but all that is really happening is the stomach muscles are getting tighter and you look slimmer. If you build up the muscles in your body as a whole you will change your metabolism, as dense muscle burns more energy. But focusing on just one muscle group while ignoring others will do very little. I assume swimming is out of the question, so I would a balanced aerobic/anaerobic DVD that alternates the exercises every other day. 30 min’s with a careful diet will do wonders, but be advised it should take at least a month before you see any results and up to a year before you reach your target weight (depending on how much you want/need to lose).

Here is a few guidlines on the tye of diet you can try to help lose some body fat. I tried this and it did work. Hard to follow to a tee but i did find something else that made the whole process easier which you will also find in my article.

Now drinking alcohols is allowed on the sugar busters diet but it is best to stick to say just glass of an alcohol beverage say with a meal.  Caffeine is also permitted but try and stick to just 2-3 cups per day or though less is definitely better.
