I’ve gained nearly 10 pounds over just a couple of months, and I would like to lose it again. Is there any diet or exercise that I can do to lose all of it over a month’s time? Well, im not really anorexic but I want 2 be. Well when i was sick i ate very little for a week probably like 200-300-100 calories a day. After just 1 week i was noticeably skinnier and lost 7 or 8 pounds. It was actually really easy so…. i hope this helps!

It’s always great to hear young people who want to improve their health. I wish I thought that way when I was your age. Your situation is fairly simple. At your age, your body is on the cusp of its most active years. You may simply want to get up and get active. Make it fun! Rollerblading, bicycling, jumping rope and swimming are all total body exercises that don’t come across as actually working out.
In addition, and I don’t know your eating habits, you may want to reduce your sugar intake from sodas, candy and deserts. This is not to say go cold turkey and cut them out, but just take in less than you were before and you will see a difference in no time. Often, people who exercise damage their efforts because they turn around and make poor food choices. Find a balance of exercise and diet that’s fun and simple for you and your will see the changes you are looking for!
