I am 15 years old, I weigh 180, and i think my height is 5’11. I want to lose body fat but what exercises do I do so that i can burn it off. I want to lose most of the fat thats on my belly and my pecks/chest. What foods should I stop eating that adds more fat to my pecks and my belly? HELP

Winter break is almost over, in like 5 days. And I want to lose as much belly fat as I can before I go back to school. During those 5 days, if I eat healthy, like no junk food, low fat stuff, no soda, only water, lots of fruits (I hate vegetables), and eat everything right with only 1,300-1,400 calories a day. And then exercise, like crunches, jogging, jumping roping, push ups, etc. How many inches or pounds do you think I can lose? I just need something, cause I am really confused…

However your plan sounds very good as a lifestyle change. With this routine you’ll be able to loose a good amount of fat within a couple months.
You might tighten up and lose 1-2 inches off your belly if you decrease the calorie intake to 1100 a day. Considering that you still do crunches and pushups etc.
So don’t loose your motivation and proceed with your plan. If you stick to it you’ll start feeling much better in a few days and look better as a result.

How to lose fat on lower body, reduce the size of legs and thighs?
i’m 5’2 and weighs around 100 lbs. everyone thinks i’m skinny but only i know how fat my legs are and how bad they look on me. i can’t fit in a set of suits just because the pants would not fit even with the jacket a little too big! it seems like my entire body fat is located on my lower body. i have small waist and my entire upper body is skinny. The shapes of my legs are not good (with kind of O-shaped and not very long) so they have to be toned to look nice. i’m tired of hearing about "no spot reduction" and i know it’s hard to lose fat on lower body, but i still believe that i can do something to improve my body, right? so what should i do?
hey thanks guys and i welcome more answers!! I tried running before but only did it for several weeks because i felt after running my calves were getting bigger and firmer (while the thighs did not have much change) and i feared the fact that they would get way more muscular. I think I would start running again since so many of you reccomended it. Do you think it’s better to do it in the morning or at night? I don’t go to gym so I just run down the bike path every day. Will running make my legs TOO muscular and get them too big??
Are you sure you’re fat down there? Maybe you’re just muscular. I have always had large thighs, ever since I was a kid. I was embarrassed at first but then I realised they were really strong. I can do really strong exercises with them at the gym and I have always been a good sprinter, when I was really young I was best in the school and even went to regional comps and all that, without really training. So maybe you’re just like that? Or you just store fat there.
I would say focus on long-distance running and jogging. People who do that often have skinnier legs. It might be hard if you’re naturally not an endurance person, but it should help with your legs. To firm them, you can do bike-riding, walk up loads of stairs, and do things like squats and lunges. Good luck!

How to Choose a Bed Pillow

Everyone has a special way that we feel is the most comfortable way to sleep. Because of this, choosing a bed pillow is a unique experience for each of us. The first thing to do, before selecting a pillow to sleep on, is to determine your favorite sleeping position. Some of us like to sleep on our sides, some on our backs and some on our stomachs. There are different pillows suited for all of these positions.
In general, if you like to sleep on your stomach, a softer and flatter pillow is probably your best bet. A softer pillow helps relieve tension on your neck that a firmer pillow might increase. Sleeping on your stomach is naturally accompanied by a twisting of the neck. A firm pillow might also add strain on the neck by forcing your head up. So, for a stomach sleeper to have the most comfortable sleep, choose a soft, flat pillow, or a pillow that allows you to add or remove the fill to personalize your comfort. For side sleepers, a thicker, firmer pillow would be the most likely candidate to enhance your evening slumber. A softer pillow, for a side sleeper, would cause the head to slump and put strain on the neck.
Back Sleepers are unique in that a firm, but soft pillow feels the best. Back sleepers need cervical neck support, but also need less pressure on the back of the head. Contour shaped pillows are perfect for this. They are designed with a valley for the head and an arch for the neck. The nice thing about that shape is that if you end up rolling to your side, you’d still receive the same benefit as a side sleeper. That is, support for the neck with less pressure on the head.
