How do I get rid of the fat on my thighs?

I’m going to start a 20 minute treadmill workout that burns 300 calories. Is that going to help? I really need to get this fat off because when I sit down, my thighs are like the same size of two pillows (ok. I’m exaggerating a bit, but you know what I mean) oh, by the way. does running also help you to lose some stomach fat?

Do not rush, weight cannot be lost in a second, it takes hard work .
First of all, do not eat chocolate, and other foods that contain lots of calories. Instead of taking a chocolate or cookie, why not take an apple or a banana? It’s tasty fruit and healthy. Stay away from junk. Drink water instead of juice or junk drinks. Run daily… running is the best, and you can cycle on your bike as well, which both are really good. Skip-rope at least 30 minutes a day, eat good healthy food. For breakfast eat maybe 1 egg, but the best that I would recommend you is cornflakes, it tastes good , low carbs, and it’s healthy and natural. And as I said, instead of taking a chocolate through out the day, take fruits… then for lunch try to eat something healthy, chicken, but then 2 hours after you eat, go out and jog. And for dinner, you can take a corn flakes, or fruit…. but remember to eat at least 2-3hours before sleeping…
Do not spend your time always sitting, sometimes you have to run instead of spending your time on your laptop/computer.

Im in 9th grade. And i have swimming in about a month. Anyone got any tips on how to lose belly fat fast?

Well. Like i said im in 9th grade. Im not fat, But i have some unwanted bellt fat on my lower stomach, sides, and kinda like back? lol. im very uncomfortable with this and i feel like i can never let go with this. its not a self confidence issue i just dont like putting myself in these situations. swimming is a requirement to pass 9th grade so i need to lose weight fast. its a little hard to change my diet considering how my dad reacts. i dont eat lunch and i dont have any after school activities.. help? :/

Eating fresh fruits and veggies will help you keep fat out of your diet and you should really eat all three meals because that will help you keep up your metabolism and that will actually burn fat.

Flat Belly Diet. Nutrition Evaluation?

Breakfast: Banana Split Oatmeal made from ½ cup oats with ¼ cup strawberries, ¼ cup banana, 1tbsp chocolate chips and 2tbsp peanuts.

Lunch: 1 wholewheat pitta filled with 1 low-fat cheese triangle, ¼ cup chopped celery, ½ chopped apple, 2tbsp walnuts and lettuce.

Dinner: Turkey pasta made from ½ cup broccoli and 1 cup plum tomatoes fried in 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil and tossed with fresh basil, 3oz browned minced turkey and ¼ cup cooked wholewheat penne.

How to lose belly fat for a 16 year old?

I’m 16, 5’8, and 120 pounds. As you can tell I’m not fat but my stomach isn’t the smallest. I mean, its not big or anything, it’s just not FLAT. I’m really tiny all over except my boobs and stomach. How do I get rid of my stomach fast?

Every day, lay down on your back. Then try to bring both your legs up in the air at a 90 degree angle. You should resemble a L shape. Bring your legs back to the ground again, but don’t let your heels touch the ground (it should hover just above it before you go up again), then bring your legs up again to resemble the L. Keep doing this until the muscles in your tummy starts to hurt. It should start to hurt after 15 ups and downs. (More if you’re already fit) Keep going for another 5 or 10. So at least, every day or every other day do 25 of those.

Don’t know what they call this exercise, but it’s a nice one that I do with my Taekwon-do mates here in Beijing.

As for your boobs, eat less chicken or food that has chemicals in them that makes the food product grow.

How did you lose your "belly fat" after you had your baby?

After I had my son I was not able to lose the belly fat, and now I am trying to diet and exercise to lose it.
Are there any meal plans or exercises that you did to help to lose belly fat?
I dont need to lose weight anywhere else but my belly.

Any advice is appreciated!!

I haven’t done it yet, but I do have plans to lose it after I have my baby in April!

My plans include eating 6 small, balanced meals every day and exercising like I did before I got pregnant (which includes cardio 3-5 times a week and weight training 3 times a week.)

I’m going to do my best – and it helps that my sister is getting married about 6 months exactly after my little cantaloupe is supposed to be born. I’m the maid of honour so I wanna look good and feel good =)
