Ok so before I get to the point and problems I have to fix, I’m gonna tell you my background story so you can have a better understanding of my Situation.
Ok, so first of all, I’m 19, I’m in California and I live with my parents ( Yeah I know it sucks).
So, like 7-8 months ago I dropped out of high school for very personal good reasons 1 month before the SAT tests etc. And I got pretty depressed cause At that I felt like a loser cause all my friends got their SAT test good and not me even though like I said I had good reasons to drop out, and like if that wasn’t enough my girlfriend broke up with me at that same time. So without even notice it, I started to eat a lot more cause I didn’t want to go out and felt like a retard. But like 4 months ago, when I came out of the shower I looked at myself in the mirror and I said to myself "God Damn!! Dude youre getting fat/chubby!!" Indeed I started having a big round belly, and I notice that I cheekbones, chin and jaw got a little bigger/fatter, even though the rest of my body (shoulders, chest are just normal). So i decided to go to internet to see if indeed I was a little overweight, I then calculate my BMI (I’m 5′ 9” for 173 Pounds), and yes I am overweight, 6 pounds over the "normal weight" BMI limit. It pisses me off cause as time got by, my (cruel) friends started making sarcastic jokes about their "chubby" friend while my family politely let me notice that I gained some weight and that I should lose a couple pounds, even my sister said that if I’d work out and I’d do some weight lifting I could become a muscular, handsome young man. Which is true cause I always have been a slim and somehow cute boy without me praising myself until now.
Ok, now I’m getting to the point, I really want to get rid of that excess of fat, but I have some issues when it comes to the motivation and working out. Ok here’s an example, it tried this like 5 times for the past 5 months : One day I say to myself, "ok now it’s time to burn that fat and get in shape", so I start doing some push ups, abs and weight lifting at home and when I finish I say "Ok now I keep going like that for 4 moths and I’ll be fine". But the next day when I have to get motivate I sit on the couch and watch TV and say to myself "No worries, I’ll do twice work out time tomorrow", and of course the next day I say the same thing and I finally give up. An other problem is that I can help but eating between meals, it doesn’t matter if it’s between Breakfast and lunch or Lunch-Diner, whenever I feel a little hungry I’d grab whatever is tasty and good around, Twinkies, Cookies, noodles, cakes, you name it. And the worse is that I feel even more hungryafter wardss, it’s a freakin vicious circle.
So here are my two questions for you and I hope you’ll help me :
WHAT can I do to get motivated and do regular work outs???? I mean I can’t afford Gym with my now and then temporary jobs at fast foods paychecks and my parents refuse to give me much money now that I’m 19. So what can I do? Hire a low-budget coach??? WHAT?? Please advice me!
Next questions is : How can I stop eating between meals?? And don’t tell me to take stop-hunger pills (except if natural) orproteinn shakes, I readsomewheree that, that kinda of stuff is not good. If you have any home tips, remedies that would be great. I just want to stop having the need to eat between meals when I shouldn’t be hungry, cause I eat well I take breakfast and diner.

I think I need to lose fat on my thighs and legs I’ve tried lots of things to lose fat there like squats, jump rope, running/jog, leg lifts but it makes my legs muscly but stay large
