Lose Belly Fat in 3 Easy Steps

How many times have you tried to lose belly fat and dropped two days later? Well do not worry, in this article we will cover the 3 steps to help reduce fat and reach your ideal body.

There is a widespread misconception about fat loss, people think they need to lose weight. This is not good, they really want to be fat loss. There is a difference. The weight of your body is made of bones, muscles, fat, special fabrics and plenty of water ect. The idea here is to preserve muscle mass and lose fat because muscle actually aid the removal of fat.

Losing fat is not a one-week trip, you must make a change of lifestyle. It’s not as hard as it may seem you just need a little effort on your part. The advice I am about to give is not based on supplements, fad diets or strict diet. They are based on good nutrition and exercise. Those of you who are looking for a quick fix is not likely, I’m sorry, there is nothing like losing 30 pounds of fat in a week.

Here are 3 steps to help you lose belly fat:

1. Follow a weight training and cardiovascular activity

The combination has been proven to give amazing results just give it a try. I recommend starting with a day 3 a fraction of workout a week and do cardio after your workout. This is because your body has used most of the carbohydrates stored during the session of weight training to leave your body burn fat while you do your cardio. Cardio can be done at low intensity, about 60-70% of your maximum heart rate for about 20-40 minutes depending on your fitness level.

2. Reduce your caloric intake

This is essential to lose belly fat. There are many programs on the Internet to calculate your basal metabolic rate (the amount of calories your body needs a day to maintain his current weight). Figure this out and then subtract 500 calories. It’s that simple. If you do not see results within a week, reduce your calorie intake a little more.

3. Eat foods that help you accelerate your metabolism and help you feel much

Technically, you could still lose weight, eat chocolate as long as you are below your maintenance level, do not worry if it’s just to make a point. You will find that nutritious food is more consistent, and has less calories than unhealthy food. Base your diet around lean meats, complex carbohydrates and fruits and vegetables.

You should try to eat at least 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight. Although I do not think completely cutting carbs will help in reducing them should help you significantly. Depends on what you eat now, try to get in 100g of complex carbs a day, then lower it if necessary.

That’s all there is to it. Losing belly fat is easier than working on a few days a week, reduce your calorie intake, and choosing foods that are good for you and help you feel more energetic. Change May not happen overnight, but consistency will play a major role in the level of success you have.
