Optimum Nutritions Golds 100% Whey. I&#8217;ve got cookie dough, banana cream and double rich chocolate. I personally wouldn&#8217;t get cookie dough again, banana cream is good (tastes like a banana paddlepop) and the chocolate one I have is good. Although they do have milk chocolate which I now realize tastes better than the one I bought. I&#8217;ve made a Choc Banana Frappuccino , Chocolate Cookie Dough Shake and Extra Double Rich Chocolate. The secret is to use low calorie hot chocolate and ice. Instead of drinking protein water I now have a delicious starbucks style drink.</p>
