The instructor is pleasant to follow. There is very little walking to the place that the majority of trips are on foot intervals kicks, taps, no touching, etc. The instructor uses a construction method of teaching you have learned one step and then it adds on the side. The on / off is low impact and firing option includes high-impact jumps and turns. Both permanent toner moves at intervals during the walk. The Walk Off a basic strengthening exercises and arms and legs are double on the DVD Belly Blast. This is a step up from Sansone in difficulty. I love the total body work these DVDs you do not predict whether or not the section strength.Rating: 5 / 5

After trying this routine, overall I give this workout a 5 star but there are a few things to know. For a beginner in the same form, it is a difficult woukout. He says go, but halfway into it, Liz has a number of steps combination that inspires you to try the Poky Hoky than walking your books. It also does't really address the viewer is hard to follow. I knew from previous experience with exercise bands walk out to reduce to a simple stroll, if we were tired. If this DVD is done with consistency, you wlll certainly get your results quickly. We just keep it.Rating: 5 / 5

I tried a few different training videos, but it is really the best - it's fun and it works! I made this video 2-3 days per week for one month in conjunction with reading what I eat and I've already lost 8 pounds. Training is not too complicated and is easy to learn. I'm pretty sweaty at the end, but also feel really good, not exhausted and discouraged. I recommend this DVD to anyone trying to ease into training. It really works for me!Rating: 5 / 5

If you are a fan of Ellen Barrett's FitTV programs or personal website that you'll really enjoy this DVD. It has a fitness routine entirely new, but with a lot of messages and education. Ellen has a very nice voice and its landmarks are easy to follow, the movements are slow. The DVD includes warm-up, part of the article Article cardiovascular strength, yoga, and cool. The cardio section is about 20 minutes and the heating / cooling each lasts about 4 minutes. The portion of yoga is also very short. The music used in the DVD does not have a hard time making it easy to listen. The only distraction for me, it's Annie, one of two other girls exercising with Ellen - the chest is so important that it's really embarrassing to watch. I do not think this DVD is for experts in fitness, but for those who enjoy a more moderate exercise routine.Rating: 5 / 5

If I could, I would rate this workout 3. 8 stars. The music is weird, but I think it does not detract too much from the workout. I did not find the steps too fancy at all - Ellen takes simple movements such as "out out / in in" the vineyards on foot crossing in front rather than back up the knee, splits, and adds three levels - you can stay at level 1, level 2 increases with more vigorous movements of arms, or go to level 3 by adding some impact plyometric movements. The levels are identified by both Ellen and his aides background. I choose to level at any time, find a suitable fluidity, regardless of your level. "Power Workout" is a misnomer, it is more of a routine, low-impact cardio, which is good in my world. Ellen teaches in blocks rather than the style Tift. The cardio segment will culminate with interconnected blocks from the right foot, then left foot, walking with intervals in between. Throughout Ellen gives reminders on posture, and I can feel my heart moving work during the cardio, especially during the squat series with twists and knee raises.

After the cardio segment is a short segment of hand weights, standing force comprised of the back and side vents work with the set arm (triceps press on the back slot, bicep curls with a squat lift with lateral side slits). This moves on the ground pushup lines w / dumbbells and board short "hover" as he called Ellen. Then you take off your shoes for a short segment of yoga - Fans of Ellen Barrett recognize an abbreviated version of the first series of pulses Warrior "Super Crunch Pilates Yoga Blend Slimdown." This moves on the ground for some leg stretching alternate with brief Twist. The cooldown has final Ellen and his aides back in sneakers, which I find disconcerting at first, but they are simple stretches you can continue to do barefoot.

I have not found the routine too easy or too hard, it made me sweat got my heart rate in a good range of chest breathtaking, but not comfortable. The only flaws of this workout is the weird music and pop-up screens that announce the next segment, and references to the Flat Belly Diet, I have no interest in. I bought this and the other Flat Belly DVD only because of Ellen. She did not disappoint, one that produces this soundtrack is the culprit.

Despite the music I intend to use it regularly. It is good to have something slightly more traditional Ellen.
Rating: 4 / 5

It's a good workout, it makes you sweat and feel great afterwards. It feels like you're working your heart and it is easy to do. It kind of hurt my knee at first so you must take care to keep your shape and wear shoes.Rating: 4 / 5

Same old former with a new package even. Reduce calories and exercise. Anyone can lose weight by reducing their consumption below 2,000 calories per day. I have read. . . too late to return. Avoid buying the book and just reduce your calories below 2000 and use the money to buy better food.Rating: 1 / 5

I bought this book with great anticipation. With what force dropped me after reading through it. The book itself is poorly written, the subject matter jumps around without feeling, and when it comes to the recipe, well all I can say is maybe you could eat the mess they propose, if you do not have taste buds. The shopping list calls for the tasting of spices so bad like powdered cardamom (when did you last used that never left) or marjoram, come on. And then they do not even say how to use spices with recipes, they just say in general, "Add desired seasonings" The meals they prepare are creatively as follows: 2 packets of cream of wheat, a cup milk and 1 box of raisins for Mini Buffet. chicken breast over a cup of brown rice with a cup of cooked green beans. Where did you author of these recipes, I learned to know in order pray for more. Give me a break. These "meal" if you can call meals are tasteless, tasteless, and almost as tasteless as you can get. Of course, as the other reviewer said There was no scoring, but I prefer to rely on some points and get real creative meals that have to eat this tasteless junk! e

Men do not waste your time buying this book, and if you get it for Christmas, returning quickly. It was the worst mistake I made when I bought this book because it has no place in anyones KITCHEN! No person papillae could follow those recommendations meal on any type of regular basis!Rating: 1 / 5

This system is really not a diet but a way of eating. My husband loves! He loves food and is really easy. I eat much the same things and we feel the difference. Many energy. We've only been following for a week, so I'm anxious to see what happens at the end of 30 days. There are wonderful recipes in the book, which does not even seem like "diet" food! Highly recommend it!Rating: 5 / 5
