Has anyone tried the new Flat Belly Diet?

I recently saw the authors of the flat belly diet on Rachael Ray and was wondering if anyone has tried it and what success they might have had. The main idea was to eat MUFAs with every meal.

What are MUFAs?

Anyway, 99.999% of people who try "diets" end up gaining even more weight back within a year or two, so if you don’t want to keep getting fatter and fatter and fatter, you won’t try these things.

Take ONE unhealthy thing, and cut way down on it. After a couple of weeks or longer, pick another.

Increase the amount of healthy food you eat, and your energy expenditure.

Try for no more than 4 pounds per month. (But if you gain muscle, you’ll lose fat without losing weight, so you should really care about the fat, not the wieght.)

Fads help people only temporarilty.

Eat lots of healthy food, and avoid unhealthy food most of the time.
