The flat belly diet &losing some belly fat help PLEASE?? I’m 12 years-old and 91 pounds. Most people think I am normal weight and a little on the skinny side. They have obviously not seen my huge belly. I usually hide it with tank tops under shirts and sucking in my breath most of the time. When my sister brought a bikini- that was the last straw. I couldn’t take it anymore. I searched on google "How to loose belly fat", and guess what came up? The Flat Belly Diet! So I click on it and think "Wow! This is a miracle-worker!" (obviously) But then I realized it could be a scam, so I searched for reviews. And I found articles saying you loose it, you stop, you gain it right back. So I thought GREAT! Here I thought I’d never have to do another curl-up again. So if anyone like me out there has fixed the same problem, please let me know soon. Thanks!
