like the workouts, but annoyed when he does his voice things, trying to throw weird accent in. just talk normal. it makes him seem creepy. but i like the workouts, i can feel them after i do it

these exercises look ace! i lost ~50 pounds walking and i plan to shape my body. i’m still pretty fat though i’m 6’1″ and 235 pounds, do you think i should do more cardio?
just do all the things dat bruce lee did…buy some of his books and you’ll see,couse i don’t want to explain it you now…and always,every trainintg do a bit more than a last one but not to much…if you always run a same distance,even if you run for a 40 km,if you dont run on a next training atleast 100meaters more,if you dont make a bit progress,then to hell with all your trying…thats all from me….
