Aesome! I do so much ab workouts but I guess I’m not doing them right. I always end up with my back arching all the time. It’s just so natural and yeah I always release after each set because it burns so bad lol.
this is JUST ok. the best workout would be ab ripper X. also known as p90x. Ive been doing that. And my stomach got a lot smaller. its really effective.
BUt you do have to keep exercising. you can’t stop for a month or something coz then your belly grows back.
its going to be different for every person and their workout level , if you keep at it you will see results..

I would say you can do once a day or if you want to take it to extreme you can do as many as you can
