		<description>you&#039;ve heard it before, I&#039;m sure, 3 to 5 days of cardio with 2 to 3 days weight/resistance training. I really love the ab weights they have at all 3 of the gyms I&#039;ve been members of, just so long as you&#039;re doing some sort of weights on that tummy. They say any place you feel is fat, get it moving, and moving fast. (I have a 6pack so maybe that&#039;s qualification to answer)

In addition to that there are two other things to examine--how much alcohol do you drink? Any more than 2/day will go to your belly. And how angry are you? Anger transfers into weight around your middle for some reason. If you&#039;re angry, go for a run or something fitness-focused. You can actually buy weighted ones on the net for about 30.00 the heavier it is the more calories you burn and the easier it is to do. dont buy the cheap ones at the dollar store. Walmart and target have a pretty good one for 5 dollars. Try something fun and that you enjoyyed as a kid. If you liked it then youll probably will like it know.
