How to get rid of stomach fat?

Hi, I am 34 year old male and have a lot of fat around my stomach (beer belly) and that is the only problem area as it measures 35 inches. I am going to gym regularly from last 8 months and can see good results on my rest of the body but not much effect on stomach fat. I go to gym 5 days a week do 20-25 minutes of jogging/running, ab crunches twice a week and weight training. Regarding diet, I have already stopped eating carbs after 7 PM and dont eat rice, potatoes, cheese and other fatty things. I consume alcohol moderately once a week. Please suggest what should I do additionally to get rid of belly flab. Thanks in advance

    Start slowly and work your way up. crunches! If that doesnt help talk to your doctor about addapex, as hard as it is for me to say it lay of the beer.. drinking a beer is almost like eating an entire meal.

    wel tummy fat is the main obstacle…. most of the time…. well try to sleep in a position with ur head facing down, and also do yoga,… the position of bow…works magical.. wear tight pants ….. drink lots of water n juice.. wel i hope this result good…. try for one week n then let me no in ma email id

    Lay down as if ur in bed and lift your back that means (u try to see your feet). Simultaneously u see lift your feet. So that you’re entire body balance is in ur bum… LoL. If u do this ur body will shiver that mean u r doing it right. So do this for next 6 months, everyday for 30min. u will see the result.
