useful information on getting a flat belly

I need to get rid of the fat near my lower stomach. Help?

Okay so I am subconscious about my body my favorite part is my legs which are nicely toned. But, I want my arms to be stronger so I can actually do about 10 push-ups and I also want the fat around my stomach to go away. Everyday I do my stretch routine, but I want to add a exercises routine to keep my legs toned and banish my lower stomach flab and increase my arm strength. So please help!

eat healthy, 4-6 small meals a day, and if you want take revolution ab cuts–great product.

    i always do this, its painful it seems to work
    put a pillow roll it up and put it on the floor
    now lay on it make sure the pillow is still rolled up
    the pillow has 2 be above your booty and start doing sit ups

    ok get a gym membership, they have tons of different machines specifically for stomach, legs, and arms. If there is no gym near you. then for abs: crunches legs: ride a bicycle, squats, wall sits arms: push ups, free-weights.. And don’t forget cardio!!! going for runs will help get rid of the belly fat. Start out running short distances with low intensity, then increase each day. good luck!!
