		<description>ok get a gym membership, they have tons of different machines specifically for stomach, legs, and arms.   If there is no gym near you. then for abs: crunches  legs: ride a bicycle, squats, wall sits  arms: push ups, free-weights..     And don&#039;t forget cardio!!! going for runs will help get rid of the belly fat.
