What are some good exercises that get rid of stomach fat and leg fat?

I am really busy everyday any quick exercises that can get rid of my fat?

Any exercise will do it if you burn more energy than you consume. There is a fallacy that says if you do sit ups you will lose fat in the stomach, but all that is really happening is the stomach muscles are getting tighter and you look slimmer. If you build up the muscles in your body as a whole you will change your metabolism, as dense muscle burns more energy. But focusing on just one muscle group while ignoring others will do very little. I assume swimming is out of the question, so I would a balanced aerobic/anaerobic DVD that alternates the exercises every other day. 30 min’s with a careful diet will do wonders, but be advised it should take at least a month before you see any results and up to a year before you reach your target weight (depending on how much you want/need to lose).

    1-Eat non high caloric food.
    2-Do some bellies ( 10-40 ) a day.
    3-Take a fast in a week.
    4-Use original Sauna Belts.
