What’s the best way to get rid of stomach fat?

I’m not obviously fat.. It’s just I want a slimmer body??

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    I can’t believe how often I say this I feel like a broken record, but really it is simple. Cardio workouts because there is no such thing as targeting certain areas, and eating healthy.

    Next time please explain what you mean by saying "best" way. Because "Best" could vary from "the quickest" to the "cheapest" and the most "healthy" for you.

    the fastest way to get rid of stomach fat is not eating. starve yourself for a few weeks and that’ll go away.

    nothing makes fat go away from any part of your body except exercising and eating properly. which takes slightly longer. but you can’t tell your body where to lose fat from. you can do tricep extensions with hundred pound dumbbells but they arent going to get rid of the sags under your arms either

    Yogic Diet

    This is very important, if you wish to get back into shape and develop a healthy, slim and shapely physique. Let your diet be Yogic and Sattvic (pure, light and predominantly vegetarian). This means plenty of raw foods – salads, sprouts and seasonal fruit – vegetable juices, dried fruits and loads of water.

    Avoid potatoes, peas, chick peas, grams, peanuts, all non-veg fare, fried, fatty and spicy foods, junk / fast foods, packaged foodstuffs and confectionary products. Also keep away from milk and milk products such as cheeses and butter. But you may have plenty of diluted buttermilk prepared from skimmed milk. Avoid snacking between meals and, as mentioned before, never skip a meal.

    1. ALWAYS never give up! Don’t stop trying. Example: Your doing sit ups today and your not doing none tommorow. Meaning your not trying so never give up!
    2. ALWAYS extercise everyday! Do sit ups, dance, walk, run, jog do something that makes your heart rate pound fast. (How do you think cheerleader’s keep a flat stomach because they do sit ups run laps and dance and sweat there tears out and still have fun) Example: Do NOT jump up and down making your heart rate pound that’s unexceptable.!
    3. ALWAYS eat healthy everyday eat much fruit and vegetables in your daily meals. NO JUNK FOOD!
