Best ways to lose tummy fat? I’m 5"6, 9stone 7lbs (female, 14 years old)
My hips are quite big and my tummy sticks out and I really don’t like it, what are the best ways to get rid of the unwanted fat?
I do 30 minutes exercise every day and an extra 1hr on wednesdays (step aerobics). I generally eat well but also have a few sweets once in a while.
What are the best exercises to do? The 30 mins I do is on the cross trainer.
umm i suggest you use a excerise ball doing 1 set of crunches 30-35 of them on the ball then use some weights 10pounds or 8 doing 35 ups do that bot 3 times or 4 times a week. References :

You’ve got into a cycle of doing one kind of exercise, which means your body is used to it. Try varying the excercises you do, dont always doing 30 mins on the cross trainer, go on other things too, and do less time, or do that once a week. make it so that your body is "surprised" at the excercise your doing, as it makes you burn more calories, which is what yu need to do, in order to lose tummy fat. also do ab excerises to tone up, and eat healthily!!!
