How do you lose stomach fat?

I tried working out my abs but it just doesn’t go away anybody got any advice?

do 500 crunches a day and if thats too easy for you do a 1000

    You need to do a complete workout, not just work on your abs. Run, jog, or walk, and lift weights in addition to your ab workout.

    Don’t eat more than the normal daily level of calories and also 3 times in de weak a fullbody workout.

    Your probably like the rest of America. I’d be willing to bet that you are either working them out wrong or as soon as you finish working out you go and eat something fatty or drink a soda. eat healthy foods like yogurt, veggies, fruit, salads. dont just try working out your abs work out your arms, legs, ect. working out sucks but it will pay off sooner or later. with the proper diet and the proper workout you will be seeing results in about two weeks! and dont forget to take your vitamins!!
