    Yeah, try out “inverted bodyweight rows”. Its the opposite of a push up, so it balances out the muscles. Get under a bar thats about waist high, and pull yourself up with your lats/ biceps while your feet are on the ground, and your body’s in a straight line.

    …its not so much that the exercises’ that are the best, its the demand hes creating. If you work until your exhausted your metabolism, heart rate move faster and burn quicker. its like a sprinter vs. a long distance runner. You would think the long distance runner burns more and loses more fat but that’s not necessarily the case. the quick demand on the body = quick burning. Another HUGE point for someone looking for abs simply is this…ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN so eat sensibly
