when im in season for shows, i usually work out 6 times a week, other than that, 4 to 5 times, and i eat whatever i want.

here’s one more question lol.. How many times do you work out a week? I”m doign 3 times a week total body work outs each time i work out.. SHould i work out more often, and split my days like upper body one day, lower body another?

how long did it take for you to get to your genetic max? and to keep your muscles at your current size how much lifting do you need to do?
still true, but only if i will continue in the sport, and i think the answer for why is obvious, im already hitting a genetic wall, usually, each year i gain about 12 pounds, this year, im literally the same weight as last years, maybe im “better” in a sense my muscles have gotten more mature, my rear delts have “lifted” my quads have more lines, etc.. but in order to get into the ranks, ull need steroids, not just in bodybuilding, but in most sports, baseball, rugby, boxing, NFL, etc..
Dont hate on me but i am just interested…
