    I, by all means, am …
    I, by all means, am not a major in that department, but if you have a lot of belly fat (like i did) it will push that fat out a little. If you do more reps, i think it burns more fat, if you build strength, it’s going to push the fat out and it will take a lot longer time to lose the fat. Another thing that greatly contributes to the loss of belly fat is the change in diet. I changed my diet and did a large amount of ab reps and began to see results. Just keep it up, along with a good diet :)
