Flat Belly Tips

useful information on getting a flat belly

Suggestions on how to lose body fat?

I’ve been lifting with Crossfit for about 1 month with limited cardio (20-40 min a week of high-intensity running and 2-3x Crossfit a week). I eat pretty well (no fast food, fish/chicken are my only meats, no soft drinks) but have the occasional junk food/booze binge. I’m 6’3" and 205 lbs.

So, I want to drop body fat percentage. Should I just focus on more cardio and keep my food intake the same? Should I drop caloric intake and increase cardio? I don’t want to drop calories too much otherwise I won’t put on muscle. Sensible plans please- no Acai BS.

Here’s the deal buddy, if you want to lose body fat and still gain muscle, you must do these 3 things:

1. Resistance Training (Don’t do any fluff workouts like arm curls, tricep extensions and/or leg extension crap. if you’re serious about getting lean. Then you need to do total body movements like snatches, lunges, squats, and box jumps)

2. interval training (Don’t do any long, steady pace cardio sessions that’s just a recipe for disaster. I want you do to more short, burst explosive movements)

3. Lastly, eat natural, whole foods (eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and don’t eat anything that’s in bag or box they are usually looaded with sugar)

three days a week, 45 minutes a less is all it takes to lose some serious fat..
