What is the best way to lose fat in your thighs?
I really like to ride my bike so I have been trying to do that a lot but I am afraid it will build a lot of muscle and that isn’t what I want. I just want to lose some of the fat. Will riding my bike help that or just add muscle? What is a good way to lose the fat?
