I am about 5’7" 145 pounds and i play football. I am pretty fit and skinny but i have some unwanted fat. I need to know a way to lose the fat but not lose weight.

lift weights and do strength training. You’ll gain a bit of weight, but that’s only because the fat that you once had will now be muscle. But you’ll be smaller, if that makes any sense. lol!
