What Types Of Diets Should I Do To Lose Body Fat?

So Far I’m on a journey to obtain a great body for many reasons 1) to wear what I would like to wear 2) to become healthy and have stamina and endurance when I play basketball 3) for when I become a doctor I wouldn’t like to look like a hypocrite to my patients. Can you please help me Out?

Here is a few guidlines on the tye of diet you can try to help lose some body fat. I tried this and it did work. Hard to follow to a tee but i did find something else that made the whole process easier which you will also find in my article.
If you thinking of trying the Sugar Busters Diet here some points to take into account. It is recommended that about 40% of your daily intake of calories comes from a source of fiber, preferably high fiber along with low glycemic carbohydrates. 30% of your diet should come from good quality proteins and about 30% again but can be as high as 40% from fats which should be from unsaturated fats of one kind or another.

Along with these recommendations is also a list of products you should avoid eating at all costs and these are as follows:

White Bread which includes any kind of product which contains white flour. White rice, white sugar, white flour any products that contain added sugar (Canned drinks like coke are a no no) most jams and jellies and also some high glycemic fruit such as raisins, pineapple and bananas and also some root vegetables like white potatoes, beets and parsnips and also corn.

The foods you can go ahead and get the green light for on the sugar busters diet are things such as almost all types of  fruits and vegetables not mentioned above including things such as legumes, low fat dairy products and whole grain products. Any of these kinds of foods are fine as long as they are not processed and have added sugar. Avoid any processed food and try to stick with whole natural foods which you prepare. That way you know what you’re getting.

You can eat lean meats so remove skin from poultry and trim excess fat from beef land or pork. Fish is a great super food so knock yourself out with this one; this includes any type of seafood. You can even eat whole eggs but avoid anything that is breaded like breaded fish. Butter is ok in small amounts and so is cheese, either way remember that you should not consume more than 10% in saturated fats in your total daily food allowance.

Another great tip whilst on the sugar busters diet is to eat smaller portions throughout the day. So rather than three large meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, try spreading those meals over six smaller meals. This has two great benefits, one your blood sugar levels remain constant so you feel fuller, and secondly it will stop you from overeating. It also means your body becomes more efficient at burning calories as it will be doing it more throughout the day.

Now drinking alcohols is allowed on the sugar busters diet but it is best to stick to say just glass of an alcohol beverage say with a meal.  Caffeine is also permitted but try and stick to just 2-3 cups per day or though less is definitely better.

Now all diets can be difficult to follow and you need some help along the way to keep you on the straight and narrow. A better way to reach your goals in dieting is to have a proper plan laid out for you to follow and that is why I urge to take a look at the following site. Not only will you have a plan of actions to follow which will educate along the way but everything is laid out for you, so you don’t have to think. Weightwatchers – proven to be healthy and effective. http://www.weightwatchers.com – and most of all – be patient, the healthier and slower you lose weight, the less likely it will come back .. and vice versa – if you lose it fast – you’ll probably gain it back fast too.

Try going for a walk. No diet will ever do it for you, you can have the worst diet out there, if you run 5 miles a day you will be healthy. If you eat the best diet but do nothing, you wont be healthy.
