wow great job man. the jump from the 8 week mark to the 16 is very impressive. right now i look somewhere between week 2 and 5 now, but i hope to be week 16 status by summer
Dude they are incredibly good results for the limited time you spent in the gym, and the ammount of protein you took. People in worse shape than yourself at the start will need a lot more persistance and effort though. No easy way outs or cheap tricks its just plain hard work that will get you into shape.

I done a transformation simlar to this, although i paid a lot of money to be taken through it! To get these types of results in such a short space of time takes enormous effort. Basically think of every food you like, every drink you like and give away most of your free time. The diet is intense, the training is tough and 6 days a week mixed with tough cardio workouts including hill sprints. Not to mention protein, creatine, eph30 whatever (legal) supplements you want to take during it.

There are tools that measure by pinching your fat at certain spots or you can buy a good scale that has that option to tell you. Also you can pay to get a test, it’s the most accurate.
