the answer to start with is in your diet. Eat less saturated fat. That, combined with a balanced strength plan that you enjoy will lose you the body fat that isn’t necessary. Good luck

hi there,
Even I am on my way to lose fat and I have been training hard but the results were not that great which I could have achieved if I knew what I was doing wrong.
What I was doing was only training hard but I could not control my diet.
I was eating junk food regularly, late dinners, drinking sugary water etc.
But then while searching on net I found this article on weight lose which helped me a lot losing my extra fat.

I would say 80% of losing weight is what we eat. Stick with lean proteins, whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies. Stay away from packaged foods, fast foods and sugar food. Simple carbohydrates will put the fat on and keep it on. Things like white bread, white rice, torteas, muffins, biscuits etc.
Don’t ever skip breakfast or other meals. That will slow your metabolism down fast.
Exercising with intensity and resistance will blast your metabolism.
You can do body weight exercises at home or anywhere. If you do interval exercises and resistant training you can get the same results as long and slow cardio workouts in half the time. That is when you go intense for 1 to 2 min then take it less intense for about 30 seconds. Like sprinting up a hill and walking down or running up stairs. Some example of body weight exercises would be, lunges, squats, step ups, mountain climbers, arm swings with dumbbells.
Hope this helps!
