    These exercises are helpful but dont expect to see results (6pk) in a couple of weeks. You also need to watch your diet & do cardio activity (quick walk or jog). If your neck is sore dont pull on it & also look at the ceiling when carrying out each exercise. Work your way into it dont be afraid to stop after 20 seconds. Do 20 then 30 etc build it up. Good luck..ps im enjoying it!

    i am 14 years old and i have been doing this with an other way fror about 2 years!!i have muscles and it helps!!!you will see results in 1 month-2 months!i do 80 after lunch and then i go for running or bicycling or tennis for 45 minutes-1 hour!at night i do 50! at the monring i go fro football!and in the afternoon for bicycle or running or football

    to solve this problem faster ,take muay thai tradisional martial art not othr type of martial artt bcoz it really test ur mental and physicall test a lot.Beleive it or not within 2 weeks i have 8 packs becoz of their fitness level.Their fitness level is way to dam hard..muay thai fitness dont used machine ,all natural,so it makes our body so natural and dont look ugly like the body builders who uses machine.Muay thai is a type of cardio.

    I’ ve been doin’ this for 7 days. I’m not fat at all but I have too much fat in my belly so do you think this can help me? I’m trying to eat healthier and also do some cardio. I just don’t want to waste my energy for something what might not help me. Well I’m not expecting great results but I definitely want to see some imrovement after 2-3 months.

    It completely depends on your fat level and diet. If your skinny, you’ll see results pretty quick. If you heavier, you’ll need to eat properly and do cardio with this to see results.
