If your neck is sore dont pull on it & also look at the ceiling when carrying out each exercise. Work your way into it dont be afraid to stop after 20 seconds. Do 20 then 30 etc build it up. to solve this … to solve this problem faster ,take muay thai tradisional martial art not othr type of martial artt bcoz it really test ur mental and physicall test a lot.Beleive it or not within 2 weeks i have 8 packs becoz of their fitness level.Their fitness level is way to dam hard..muay thai fitness dont used machine ,all natural,so it makes our body so natural and dont look ugly like the body builders who uses machine.Muay thai is a type of cardio.

I just don’t want to waste my energy for something what might not help me. Well I’m not expecting great results but I definitely want to see some imrovement after 2-3 months.

and volleyball for about an hour sunday.
