    but if you ask me, diet is only a problem because people are silly with it. it’s pretty simple mathematics. only take in as much fuel as your body uses. people eat too much, and too much rubbish in between.

    Thank you so much. I have a problem though – last Thursday night, I smashed my big toe and lifted up my toenail. The doc says I have to wait until it grows out now. It is so incredibly sore (because I keep hitting it accidentally), especially with shoes (I tried my roller blades and it’s excrutiating).     when I first made this clip I wanted folks to do this on wed…but now since there are a wide range of clips to choose from…you can be more flexible than “just wed”…the burpees should never get easy if you are really serious about your fitness…you should always keep even the easy moves challenging…ok?
