What’s the fastest easiest way to lose belly fat?

I wanna lose my extra belly fat can someone help me like make a detailed explanation of steps what to do and what not to do please help!

REMEBER, a healthy and fit body is made 5% workout and 95% in the kitchen! I recomend setting aside servings of grapes, carrots, a banana for later use and a quick-grab snack. Do at least 45 minutes of cardio or aerobics everyday and workout every other OTHER day. DO NOT drink soda, this can ruin all your weeks worth, so instead, drink PLENTY of water.

    Avoid processed sugars. Avoid all the sugar you can. Understand the glycemic index. Eat like a diabetic SHOULD..(most of them I know don’t). It’s all about controlling your insulin level in your bloodstream. Keeping it low reduces bodyfat storage. Here’s a sample breakfast:

    I take a small saucepan (2 cups?) and put about an inch of water in it. Sprinkle in a couple of ounces of Quaker quick pearled barley (like you’d use in beef barley stew). The barley takes about 5 minutes to boil. When it begins to boil, add a generous amount of ground cinnamon. The barley will need to boil for another 5 minutes to be tender. While it’s boiling, slice some dehydrated apple, crush a few walnuts…….with about 3 minutes left on the barley add the slow-cook type oatmeal (not the one-minute stuff, it’s too “processed”). With the oatmeal added, lower burner to simmer, cook and stir for a couple more minutes adding the apples and walnuts. The barley is an insulin buffer and will ward off insulin spikes during the day. (Tip: Omit the barley on days you lift because you’ll want a post workout insulin spike). Barley also lowers bad cholesterol…even better than the highly touted oatmeal. The cinnamon is a natural thermogenic (fat-burner). And the walnuts have mono-unsaturated fats to help destroy belly fat.

    Hey I know your struggle lol, I am a personal trainer and deal with men and women with the same problem, I ahve found the best solution besides getting your own trainer, and that is this website, it wont let me post for some reason but it is truly amazing, I have even sent some of my clients there, they have to free books you download online, they teach you everything one for male and one for female, next they have a book with everything you need but it costs a little bit of money, most my clients by the book which i reccomend but i say try the book out for free, and i guarantee you will see results!!! guarantee! shoot me over an email for the link that they wont let me post here for some reason.
