Turbo Fire before Turkey! Working out with Kids in the house
christinedwyer.wordpress.com Thanksgiving day and I was in New Jersey at my sister’s house with my family. I personally do Turbo Kick and Turbo Fire. I also work as a presenter for Chalene Johnson and her company Powder Blue Productions. My sister Connie is 8 months post natal and has never done Turbo Fire. My niece Jessica had never done Turbo Fire either. They kicked butt as we did the Turbo Fire 45 min work out and then additionally did the 20 min HIIT training. Both of them did a fantastic job, but the best part was there was no excuse! People always want to lose weight and lose fat, but then they use the excuse “I have kids at home!” “I can’t work out!” This is proof as we had an 8 month old, 2 year old, 3 year old, 4 year old, 8 year old, 9 year old, and 17 year old in the house! You just need a video, some space, and you can burn calories! Don’t worry about messing up or not getting the choreography, mistakes still burn calories! Turbo Fire is a workout from Beachbody who also produce P90x, Hip Hop Abs, Insanity, and more! They also created Shakeology
