How I lost 77 lbs. even with PCOS
I have PCOS, and never thought I’d ever be able to lose weight. I tried one thing after another. This was my last option before giving in, throwing in the towel, and choosing bariatric surgery. I did some research and finally I’ve found a way to get the results I want. I’m still not done, but I’ve eliminated 77 lbs so far. I started at 302 and am now 226 (height is 5’2″). This is a very general overview of my battle. The next videos will go deeper into specifics for those of you who want to try what I did. If this helps even one person to find freedom from the hell of obesity, then it was worth it. Also, sorry about the shifty-eyed-crazy-look, I was just nervous making this video.
