Lots of things going on this week. I haven’t checked in with you guys in a couple of weeks, so lots to talk about. I had my third fill (yay!), I’m going to talk about my thoughts on the flat belly diet, my frustrations with restriction, as well as weight loss and other body issues while on the lapband.
