    You shouldn’t do this more than three times a week because your muscles need time to recover. Any exercise that involves jumping is a strain on your knees, and if you over work your knees, you could really injure your self.

    @FeLinaDolliex3 ya but its not body fat its muscles i used to be fat and i was 20 percent body fat but then i did alot of wheights and now im 6 percent body fat but yet i wheigh more then i used to
