Flat Belly Tips

useful information on getting a flat belly

Can i starve my self to lose all this extra fat?

I’m slightly toned and im 6’3 and 190 pounds, i don’t know how i lost 70 pounds when i was 18 and im 22 now and i’ve stayed skinny since, i dont know if it was me picking up on cigarettes around 17 or my eating habits changed or even me growing up and hitting a fast metabolism. But since then i got some excess skin on my belly..its flabby and my chest isnt to tight lookin and my arms arent to toned cause im 2 high in body fat, and where i live i eat alot of fast food and i cant really stop eating it, its a long story so i cant even fix my diet. But i can cut down on foods and i can do alot of joggin ….but i need a faster way….can i starve my self to lose the excess BF?

ya you could, you might kill yourself while your doing it!!!
and plus you most likely gain it all back too
    BECAUSE……
your body will be so used to eating little, so when you do eat
it will won’t be used to how much your giving it so it will use most of
    it as fat.

even if you starve yourself, the second you start eating again, the fat is just going to come right back.
your body goes into starvation mode, when it finds fats and other nutrition coming into your body, it stores it all just in case you starve again. your body is trying to save you, it doesnt know that youre trying to lose weight.

starving yourself wont help, it will only hurt you because your fat will eat it self and cause more buildup

Starving yourself may have the opposite effect! Try to work hard on finding healthy alternatives to the fast food and work on cutting out the cigarettes.

When your body doesn’t receive the calories it thinks it needs to survive, your metabolism drops into what is called "starvation mode." You feel fatigued and have a lack of energy. You’re hungry more often, and your fat burning ability stalls. Your body does everything it can to hang on to all that extra energy stored in your fat cells, believing that food is scarce. As soon as your diet is over, your body is still in starvation mode, so it packs on as much weight as it can — ie: fat.
