People who always tells you to “eat less and run more” are missing a very important thing, nobody likes to be hungry, when you get tired of starving and starts eating ’til you’re satisfied you will take back all the lost weight, and probably more, but if you stop eating carbs with high glycemic index you can lose weight without being hungry, you should read Taubes book, with that method I’ve lost 90 lbs without cutting the calories, I just cut carbs in general and sugar and starch in particular.

just for your information i was never a mcdonalds employee. i worked at a bar and grill and just cause i worked there dosent mean i ate there. oh i was also a member at golds gym at the time so shows how much you know. and i do know some things about nutrition. i eat a variety of food as long as i dont eat extra amounts of each meal and do some physical activity i should be living a healthy lifestyle.
